Reasons To Join The Morro Bay Chamber
Business Referrals: The Chamber provides over-the-counter and phone referrals exclusively to Chamber members. Your membership includes listings in Chamber publications which are distributed to local businesses, residents, and thousands of visitors. We refer to Chamber members only.
Networking: Chamber activities and events provide excellent opportunities to meet new people and promote your business or organization ... at no additional cost!
We also offer our quarterly Small Business Networking Breakfast. Our mission is to provide local business with the best resources for growing and succeeding locally. You will have the opportunity to introduce your business and ask questions of the top-level speakers that we provide.
Exposure: The Chamber offers many advertising opportunities in various Chamber publications (Membership Directory, Newsletter, Web Site, Visitors Guide). This translates into member profitability. Members can display their business cards, brochures and special promotions in the Chamber Office.
Special Events: The Chamber coordinates many festivals and events which bring thousands of visitors to our area. From car shows to the Harbor Festival, the Chamber supports these community events through volunteerism, promotion and event planning. Tourism is actively promoted through the Morro Bay Visitor Center with the tourism dollar circulating many times over in the local economy.
Committee Network: The Chamber has many committees that work to support business interests.
Quality of Life: The Chamber works with local government and civic organizations to maintain and enhance the quality of life in Morro Bay.
