HOW IT WORKS
When you purchase the Morro Bay Adventure Pass online, you will bring your receipt (ticket) to the Morro Bay Visitor Center located at 695 Harbor Street, Morro Bay, CA 93442 (hours Monday-Sunday, 10am-5pm) in exchange for redeemable vouchers at participating businesses. Your Morro Bay Adventure Pass will be valid for 3 days the day you pick it up from the center to enjoy all the many activities and adventures to be had in Morro Bay.
All activities are based on availability and are subject to change without notice. The pass and the activity vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemable for cash. Vouchers will be dated the date of pick up and will be valid for 3 days including the date of pick up. Vouchers cannot be dated in the future or extended. The Morro Bay Tourism Bureau and partners are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
A full refund can be processed to any customer within 60 days after purchase and has to be done prior to December 31, 2015 (as long as the receipt was not redeemed for the vouchers) by calling the Morro Bay Tourism Bureau at 805-225-1570.
The Morro Bay Tourism Bureau offers a full refund, within 60 days from date of purchase of the Morro Bay Adventure Pass on any non-redeemed Morro Bay Adventure Pass receipts. Partial refunds are not allowed on any voucher orders.
The Morro Bay Tourism Bureau does not offer exchanges on unused Morro Bay Adventure Passes.
