Our mission is to make sauna & cold water immersion an accessible and joyful part of day to day life in SLO County. Enjoy the experience of going between a traditional Finnish-style sauna only steps away from the beautiful waters of Morro Bay as your cold plunge. Community sessions are open to the public and you will share the experience with up to 8 people. You can book a single spot or reserve it for a group to enjoy a private sauna experience.
