Come stay at one of the nicest vacation homes available in the Morro Bay area!  This designer-decorated home looks like it was taken from the pages of House Beautiful magazine!  Not only is the home beautifully decorated and appointed throughout, it is in a perfect location with unobstructed picturesque views of the bay and the ocean beyond and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero.  Across the street are stairs that lead directly down to Tideland’s park.

  • 2 single kayaks available for your use.
  • The living, dining and kitchen areas create a large open space with fabulous views.  From this great room, there are doors that open to a balcony with million-dollar views!
  • Living room has a big screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable seating.  There is a half bath adjacent to the living room. 
  • Upstairs balcony with patio furniture and BBQ grill – great place to do some grilling!
  • 2 master suites – one upstairs and one downstairs – each with king-size bed, TV and private bathroom with a large jetted tub and separate shower.
  • 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds with French doors that open onto a little patio with beautiful views of the bay.  The other bedroom has a queen-size hide-away bed sofa (mattress is top-of-the-line memory foam) and TV.  
There are many activities and restaurants to take advantage of in close proximity to the home.  Go walk the Embarcadero to enjoy some shopping and eating.  Grab the kayaks that are provided at the home and go for a paddle on the bay to see the many birds and sea life that inhabit this beautiful corner of the world.  Feel like walking downtown to catch a movie one night?  No problem – it is 5 minutes away.  Take advantage of all the outdoor activities Morro Bay has to offer as well – kayaking, surfing, hiking, biking and more.

We stayed 5 nights. There were no major issues during our stay, just a few minor things. The DirecTV boxes and TVs in the bedrooms are very outdated. We needed to restart the boxes every time we turned them on. Also, it would have been nice to be able to use the player piano. The water pressure in the showers is very strong, but the toilets are very slow to flush. The location was great, with a nice view of the estuary. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I brought our daughters family up to Morro Bay for a quick Spring trip. House more than ample for our extended family. We are talking about having Thanksgiving here next year. Quiet view location overlooking the bay and easy walking distance to town is perfect. Kayaks were a nice bonus to paddle in harbor, seals, sea otters and sand dollars. We had a great time!

Due to the rules imposed on us by the City and the County and the associated large fines for violations of noise and over occupancy we have been compelled to install a noise monitoring system in this home. It assures you of your privacy and only monitors decibel levels at the home. We respectfully request that our guests be sensitive to the residential and non-commercial nature of your accommodation and keep noise down to lower level bring most activities indoors after 7 PM.
