IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: This home will sleep a maximum of 10 people.  We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

Upon arrival at this oceanfront property, you'll notice the parallels to a private resort once you've had a chance to take it all in! This home sits in a highly desired neighborhood of Morro Bay, on a large lot with AMAZING views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. You will have use of the beautifully decorated and updated main house, plus 2 separate guest suites! It is ideal for multiple family get-togethers, providing plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the large common areas of the main house and courtyard, while affording the different groups their due privacy when they retreat to their respective suites.

You will feel as if you've been whisked away to a 5-star resort as this home provides everything you'll need to have a posh vacation and more! - Enjoy all these amenities while gazing out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean!

-Main House-
•Spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining area and kitchen.
•Living room has a huge rock fireplace,70" inch flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating.

•Master suite with a King size bed and private bathroom
•Master bathroom with dual vanity and step in shower
•2nd bedroom with two twin beds.

-Guest Suite-
•Sits between the main house and the garage has a separate outside entrance off the courtyard.
•2 queen-size beds and a trundle day bed that makes into 2 twin beds
•55" flat screen TV
•Full bathroom with a step-in shower.
•This suite also has its own microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
•Washer and Dryer for guest use located in laundry closet in this suite.

-Detached Suite-
•The other separate suite is located at the back of the courtyard and has a huge picture window with great ocean views.
•King size bed and a twin bed
•Bathroom with a tub/shower combo
•Wood-burning fireplace, 55” Smart TV and a wet bar with a microwave, wine fridge, and coffee maker.

-Additional home amenities-
•In ground spa
•10 top Patio dining table in the courtyard.
•Patio on the ocean side of the main house where you will enjoy 180 degree views from Morro Bay to Cayucos with a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table and 2 rocking chairs.
•Garage converts into a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and a full-size refrigerator.
•Boogie boards at your disposal. 
•You can park 2 cars in the garage and there is parking for 4 more cars in the driveway.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area.  And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area.  Once you vacation here, you will definitely want to come back!

Primary Renter must be age 21 years of age or older, per city ordinance 

Due to the rules imposed on us by the City and the County and the associated large fines for violations of noise and over occupancy we have been compelled to install a noise monitoring system in this home. It assures you of your privacy and only monitors decibel levels at the home. We respectfully request that our guests be sensitive to the residential and non-commercial nature of your accommodation and keep noise down to lower level bring most activities indoors after 7 PM. Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit.
