RACE REGISTRATION INFO
What's Special About the Morro Bay Tri?
Ride along the scenic coastline on CA Highway 1 with open views, then run along the beach directly toward the legendary Morro Rock. Jump into the harbor with zero open-ocean surf or crashing waves.
There are flexible race formats, like Kayak or Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) entry instead of swimming, and even a relay option allowing 3 athletes to join forces.
Perfectly timed late in the season during the mild days of fall, this race lets you focus on a fun personal goal rather than intense, stressful competition. It's family friendly, approachable, and in a small town setting that is both beautiful and easy to navigate.
Race Headquarters & Finish Line Celebration
Coleman Park and the Harborwalk create a natural viewing arena. Bring the entire crew—kids and dogs included—to watch, cheer, and celebrate at the festival area.
FOOD TRUCKS & BEER GARDEN
Grab a bite at one of the local food trucks and post race, check out the craft pours from Central Coast Brewing, local ciders, and non-alcoholic options.
VENDOR MARKET

RAFFLE & AWARDS
Celebrations, prizes, and local community crossover events throughout the afternoon.
