A brunch spread including an omelet station, waffles, fruits, frittatas, and free flowing champagne
Views of the famous Shadow of Morro Bay's Rock and Fairbanks Point: the peaceful and serene dive site
Views of the sand spit along the harbor
Wildlife sightings such as sea lions, harbor seals, egrets, white pelicans, and much more
The complete brunch selection includes: sausages, ham, scalloped
potatoes, salads, vegetarian frittata, assorted fresh fruits, selection
of homemade baked goods, an omelet station with cheese and vegetables
where our chef will build your own creation, and hot, fresh waffles
topped with berries, whipped cream and hot maple syrup.
Beverages include free flowing champagne, orange juice, and coffee.
Additional beverages such as our award-winning bloody marys and other
alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. Seating
is assigned and family style. The Chablis is a unique 50ft, two-story riverboat that serves brunch, dinner or private charters while cruising on the bay! Boarding is between the Great American Fish Company and Lil Hut on the north end of the Embarcadero.
