Calling all phantoms, pirates, princesses and pumpkins to participate in Morro Bay’s 4th Annual Trick-or-Treat on Halloween. Come in your spooky attire and slither through downtown storefronts to collect a bagful of sweet goodies.

Before you trick-or-treat, head over to the police department for your fill of fright at the haunted house. The house is free admission and suitable for kids of all ages. It opens at 3:30pm and will remain open until 6:30pm. Come take a tour, if you dare.

After you recover from the haunted house, go to Grandma’s Frozen Yogurt and Waffle Shop at 307 Morro Bay Blvd to pick up your trick-or-treat map, starting at 3pm. The map will guide you through the downtown trick-or-treat spots. There will be fun games and a bounce house as well as a performance from the White Caps Band. Make sure to stick around for the Halloween parade at 5pm to participate in the costume contest and show off your costume, located on Main St and Morro Bay Blvd. The best costumes win prizes!

Be on the look-out for the haunted trolley. It haunts Morro Bay once a year for this special occasion. It can be found at the “trick or treat” block party, located on Main St between Morro Bay Blvd and Market St. Those who survive the trolley's haunting are able to take some goodies with them.
