Cocktail Class & Prix Fixe Dinner
October 23, 2026 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Join them for an intimate evening of cocktail craft and seasonal dining at Marcerro, tucked just up the hill from the Botanical Garden.
Begin the evening with a guided cocktail class, exploring the techniques, flavors, and stories behind classic and inspired cocktails. Along the way, enjoy small tastings of each cocktail and discover how fresh herbs from the Botanical Garden can transform both a drink and a dish.
After the class, settle in for a prix fixe dinner, where garden-grown herbs are woven throughout the menu, bringing the evening full circle from garden to glass to table.
Your ticket includes the cocktail class, tastings, and prix fixe dinner.
A mocktail option will be available for those who prefer a zero-proof experience. Vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available upon request for the main course, with a vegan dessert option available upon request.
Come sip, savor, and linger with us for an evening celebrating fresh ingredients, thoughtful cocktails, and the pleasures of gathering around the table.
