Rock the Waterfront is the Morro Bay Maritime Museum’s annual fall fundraising event, held at the Morro Bay Yacht Club on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. The evening brings together museum supporters, community members, local businesses, and friends of the working waterfront for a relaxed and cheerful gathering overlooking Morro Bay. Guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, no-host cocktails, music, conversation, and a silent auction featuring local experiences, gifts, and coastal-themed packages. Proceeds from Rock the Waterfront support the Morro Bay Maritime Museum’s mission to provide an easily accessible educational venue for maritime history, science, and technology, and help fund exhibits, preservation efforts, public programs, and family-friendly educational activities.
