Every Thursday afternoon explore the market stalls of local fruit, vegetables and seasonal goods nestled just off Highway 1 in Spencer’s Fresh Markets parking lot. The seagulls hover overhead as the farmers begin to set up their booths around 2-4:30 p.m. The Morro Bay Farmers’ Market smells of the ocean, but reaps the rewards of the land. Farmers from as far south as Goleta, east as Delano, and north as Salinas come to sell their goods at this Thursday afternoon community market.
